1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service was not delivered as described in the original agreement.
  • Technical issues directly caused by our platform prevented service usage.
  • Duplicate or unauthorized transactions confirmed by our billing team.
  • Written cancellation submitted within the eligible timeframe.

2. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take additional time to reflect in your account.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

4. Conditions

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
